I’m so excited today Friends! Today is the start of the 2020 Stampin Up! OnStage Event! Slightly bittersweet, true…as we were supposed to be in Salt Lake City with 2500 of my closest demonstrator friends…but we will make do! Tonight I will be virtually recognized for my hard work in sales, leadership and team building. Tomorrow and Saturday I’ll be hanging out with a couple of local friends to watch the entire event online. We will still have make and takes and fellowship and learn new business tips and stampin techniques…and SEE THE JANUARY TO JUNE AND SALE-A-BRATION CATALOGS!!! Who wouldn’t be excited for that? So..make sure you are on my mailing list! email me at email@example.com if you are not and want to be!
I’ll be offering and ordering special starting today and ending Sunday at midnight. Everyone who places an order will receive from me, a set of the Holiday Basic Rhinestones! And November’s ordering special is 5 free handcrafted holiday cards to keep for yourself..or send this season! Order between now and midnight and get both!
Okay…Finally on to today’s Christmas Card! Today I am sharing a sweet and easy card using the super pretty Snowflake Splendor DSP. It’s a super easy layout and would be perfect for mass producing. You can change out the DSP and the ribbon even.
We have made it half way through the week! This week is dragging so badly for me! Before Covid…I was scheduled to be in Salt Lake City this week! Stampin Up! holds an annual convention each year at a different location. Typically there is one large event that lasts 3-4 days and then multiple single days spread out across the country. Historically they alternate every other year the large event is in the US. Two years ago I traveled to Orlando for the large event with a great group of friends. Last year some of those same friends..and my husband traveled with me to Lansing MI for the single day event.
This year it was to be held in SLC, which is where the SU! headquarters are located. Because my other passion is family history…we were flying out a few days early to spend some time at the Family History Library there as well.
Like so many other amazing events this year, Stampin Up moved our convention to the virtual platform. While we are all disappointed, my friends and I decided to make the best of it and 4 of us will be getting together this weekend to enjoy the virtual festivities together! So…I’m looking forward to the weekend! 🙂
But first…today I want to share with you a quick and easy project using a limited edition stamp set! The Curvy Celebrations bundle was released yesterday! It is a super trendy and cute stamp set and dies bundle that will be available in the January to June catalog. For Christmas however…they have also released a second stamp set and set of Designer Series papers! These will only be available November and December so if you love them order them now!
For this project i used the Curvy Dies and the Curvy Christmas stamp set! I love how the gold foil looks after being run through the Stampin Cut and Emboss machine with these dies! I started with a sheet of thick Whisper White cardstock for my base. I mounted the gold foil on whisper white and then on a 5.25 x 4 sheet of Basic Black card stock. I used my Stamparatus to line up the greeting just right. I also used the Stitched Stars dies for the tiny stars by my greeting. Topped it off with a piece of the Trimming the Town ribbon pack and you have a super elegant..but super easy holiday card!
I live in Mount Horeb Wi which claims to be the Troll Capitol of the World! Although there is definitely a difference between Gnomes and Trolls, I knew I had to have this set as soon as I saw it! Here I paired it up with the Trimming the Town DSP and I love how it turned out!
Today I am sharing a very simple card that I made for a recent demonstrator swap. I absolutely love the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Papers! This card really shows just how beautiful they are and it would be a simple card to reproduce in mass quantities!
Hello Everyone! I hope you are all doing well! I’m sorry I’ve been off the grid the last 10 days or so. We are back to virtual schooling. UGH. Need I say more?
I cannot believe we are in November! This month we will be focusing on Christmas/Holiday cards! I do truly love the holiday season. Remember if there is ever a product you want to purchase, you just have to click the image below my project to be directed to my online store!
Today I am sharing a non traditional colored card with you. This has become one of my favorite layouts this year. I hope you enjoy it!
