Happy Birthday America!

Today in America, we are celebrating Independence Day!  Normally there are parades, festivals, and fireworks.  This year.  Not so much.  We have actually found some fireworks still happening if you stay in your car.  So we will be doing that at least.  John is a huge fan of fireworks, so we always see them whenever we can.

Today’s card was for a recent swap I participated in, and will be used later for an organization in Wisconsin called Badger Honor Flight.  The team I belong to donates hand made cards to this organization.  They are responsible for arranging for veterans to travel to Washington D.C. to see the memorials built in their honor.  We make sure that everyone on the plane on every flight gets a card from us during ‘mail call’.  Sadly the flights were canceled this year starting in April due to Covid-19.  Hopefully they can begin again next year.  If you want to donate cards to our cause please send me a message and I will provide the information.

Below are the items I used for this card.  Remember if you click on the images it will take you directly to my online store!

Have a great weekend and if you are in the U.S have a safe and happy holiday!
